Supreme FW22 Week 7 Resell Guide

Week Overview:

For week seven, we are seeing the first of two Supreme The North Face Colabs! We have quite a large amount of colaboration items as well as many look book products releasing this week! However, in my opinion, the days of immediate profit from Supreme North Face jackets have ended. Over the past few seasons the jackets have been relatively cookie cutter like designs with more or less the same colors. With this being said, I do have some hope for some of the items from this collection because I feel Supreme did more with these jackets. This will all be discussed in this week's resell prediction!

Supreme x The North Face Steep Tech Apogee Jacket

Retail: $398

Resell: $450-500

Best color: Black, White

Before I get started talking about this jacket, I would like to say I believe this will be the risky purchase of the week. Previous Apogee Jackets have been in the same range of 400-500, but as I stated previously the hype behind these jackets has decreased over the years. The reason I still hold some hope is the design of the back (see first picture). We have never seen this padding style with the embossed logo before. I believe this was a good play by the two companies as this jacket will stand out. My fear currently is the high retail price, at over $400 this will be a risky purchase without huge reward. If you know you have a good local market or are willing to take the risk, I do believe this jacket will have some first day profit and will age over time.

Supreme x The North Face 700 Down Fill Parka

Retail- $598

Resell- $700+

Best color- Black, White

At first I was hesitant about this item, so I spent extra time reviewing previous Supreme North Face jackets. We have not seen many down fill parkas, the only recent one being the all over print which was not very popular due to its excessive branding. Nuptse jackets in the past have had the same retail and resold, so I believe it is possible with this as well. While it is not a large payoff for the investment, if you have the capital to invest this jacket should also be a good hold. The lack of many other Supreme TNF down fill parkas should help this. This will be an even larger risk, but i do believe there is profit to be made here.

Supreme x The North Face Steep tech Fleece Pullover

Retail- $288

Resell- $325-350

Best color- Black, Brown

I feel like the resell of the last few North Face fleeces has been extreamly disapointing. There have been so many produced over the last few seasons that the market is oversaturated. However, the black pattern has definetly caught my eye as it is something new. The profit margins won't be large on these, but even with so many being made there is still a demand just not the demand there once was.

Supreme Denim Base Jersey

Retail- $148

Resell- $200+

Best Color- Natural, Black and Blue

This was an item I was suprised to see downvoted on Supreme Community. We have seen only a few baseball jerseys in the past from Supreme, and they are all performing decently well. I believe these will sell out quick, especially in bigger sizes. The resell may not initially be very high, but first day profits should be seen. This item will age nicely over time, so if you wish to increase your profits I would recommend holding onto this!

Money New Era Box Logo

Retail- 48

Resell- $70-90

Best Color- White, Black, Brown, Red

This will be a good pick up for this week especially since we now have the ability to buy two items of the same design in different colors. New Era box logos always perform good, especially if you hold on to them for a while after the release.(2-3 months) Go for the bigger sizes if you are quick, as they always sell for more money than the smaller. Make sure you multicart these with something else to maximize your profit!

Supreme Denim Camp Cap

Retail- $48

Resell- $75

Best Color- Blue, Black, Natural

Supreme camp caps have been performing well recently, and I think Supreme is starting to catch on to this trend and is producing more. However, this drop we are given great colorways to chose from. Similar with the New Era hats, we should be able to cart two of these. This will be a great addition to any cart Thursday morning! Same as all other Supreme hats, the longer you hold onto these hats the higher your profit margins will be!

My Personal Cart

Personally, I am going to go for a New Era cap, a denim cap, and possibly a denim jersey. Due to my location in Florida, the demand for heavy Supreme North Face jackets is almost nonexistant so I will pass on them. In addition, I do not want to invest that much money into this week.

Other Mentions

The backpack will perform well over time, but similar with other TNF items so many have already been produced. You will definetly have to hold it for several months, and with the higher retail price you will be better off putting the money into something else. The base LS top and base pants may have some profit in larger sizes, but it is unlikely that any other sizes will perform amazing considering they are quite basic. We also have the keychain, which at only $12 could be a small flip if multicarted with several other items.

Finally, we have the pants. At nearly $300, there will not be room for profit on the Steep Tech pants. However, I will be curious to see if the fleece pants hold any profit with the retail being much lower at $188. Personally I believe some sizes in black or brown will hit the $250 range, but this is still risky.
