Supreme FW22 Week 8 Resell Guide

This week, the droplist is highlighted by the Supreme x Swarovski x Vans colab and the Supreme x Duck Down Music colab with many look book items as well. Without much suprise, the vans come at a high retail price. But, is there anything worth reselling this week? Let's get into it!

Supreme x Swarovski x Vans Old Skool (Pictured Above)

Retail- $298

Resell- Below Retail

Normally, this pair would be about half the price. With the Swarovski crystals, the price becomes much higher. I think this is definetly a clean pair of sneakers that will sell out, but at nearly $300 retail there is not room for profit. In my opinion, most people who are spending that much on a sneaker would likely buy a pair of Jordans or dunks, not vans with cystals on them.

Flannel Reversible Puffer Jacket

Retail- $298

Resell- $400-450 (Likely will need to hold)

If you were planning on spending $300 on a Supreme item this week, I would recommend this jacket over the Vans. We have not seen a flannel design on a puffer, and the fact that it is reversible also helps the resell. We have a very nice logo hit across the back. All of these can easily be styled with a winter outfit. However, I think this will be a hold until at least December. Otherwise, you will be undercut on the resell market by people trying to make a quick sale. This piece will definetly age nice over time and may be the best pic of the week.

Supreme Kuumba Air Freshener

Retail- $12

Resell- $20-$25

This item will likely not yeild much profit, but thrown in a cart with a few other items it could bring you a little extra. These will likely be mass produced given the cheap manufacturing cost. Definetly not a main focus from the drop, just something to make a few dollars off of. (Likely not worth the trouble)

Supreme Boker Glow in the Dark Keychain Knife

Retail- $52

Resell- $70

This is another item that will likely not yeild much profit but may be worth throwing into a cart if you know you can sell it locally. The branding on this knife is pretty clean and simple, which definetly helps. I believe this one is definetly better than the last keychain knife we saw, and it should show some return!

Supreme Duck Down Music Tees (Not Pictured)

I may just be missing out, but Duck Down Music is something that I have never heard of before this drop. While Supreme colab tees like this can perform well, I do not think there is much hope for these unless if you get a black in XXL. Even then, these tees are at least $50 after tax and fees. With six different colors releasing, I personally don't believe most of them will sell out. Overall, I would say these tees are a skip.

Overall Week Overview

While this week does have a Vans colab and tons of lookbook items, I personally don't think there is much worth reselling unless you are willing to spend a lot on the puffer. Its a bad sign when a basic logo beanie is one of the most upvoted items for the week. The accesories and beanie may hold some value down the line, but I do not believe it will be worth the investment.
